What is the difference between mediocrity and excellence? Is it talent? Luck? Hard work? Why does one team/company with less talent achieve victory over a team/company with superior talent? Why does one brokerage firm capture gigantic market share in a highly competitive market, while others can’t turn even the smallest profit in the same marketplace? Brokers are working longer and harder than any other time in our history. While success hinges on many issues, most industry experts agree, the best chance for success is coaching! Many people think of coaching in terms of sports, but business coaching is rapidly gaining ground. Coaching allows for a higher percentage chance for success in the least amount of time. Look at all the great teams in history: the ’88 Los Angeles Dodgers, ’04 NCAA National Champion USC Trojans, ’00-‘02 Los Angeles Lakers, and countless other championship teams.
